There is nothing more flattering for a photographer, than to have client’s come back, over and over again! …

We first met Lee Ann, Carl and Callum when we had the honor of photographing their engagement session and wedding. And then again a few months ago at their maternity session and now … here!

*sigh* … we have so many babies at the moment … I am in HEAVEN! ….

This divine little soul is only 7 days old, and … I’ve got to say … little Abby was the easiest baby I have photographed all year! … what a dream!Welcome to the world!

I wish I looked this good 7 days after having my babies!! *you are gorgeous LeeAnn!*

I have been so incredibly fortunate lately to be surrounded by many, many newborn babies. I was so excited to photograph baby Andi, born with a full head of hair and perfect little everything. She was just lovely.

Fleurieu Peninsula Wedding Photographer

We used to call it an Engagement Session or an E Session – but it really is more than that. It is your shoot, your place, your love – Your Story. So this is why we renamed the infamous E Session to ‘Your Story’ Session. Because it’s all about you and your world.

Sunday afternoon, with gorgeously overcast skies and a location to die for this happy little photographer headed to my favourite area of South Australia – the Fleurieu Peninsula. I was in a bubble of creativity and excitement about this upcoming wedding. Held at the Currency Creek Winery vineyards we are going to be surrounded by rolling countryside, pretty streams and vines. Photo locations gallore… and we get full access to a private farm… as well as this cute little abandoned railway station….. oh and did I mention the loveliest bride and groom who have put their full trust in my hands!

I am so excited about this wedding season I just can not express it in words!

I am surrounded by babies at the moment – not only in my (amazing) work life but also in my personal life. It is such a lovely feeling to see so many of my close friends starting (and adding to) their families. To think ahead and dream of the memories our children will create together and to think back and compare them to the memories we have together from when we were growing up ourselves. It is just such a special time that I am so grateful to be a part of.

Last night I travelled to Yorke Peninsula to a gorgeous property just outside of Port Broughton. My friend lives there. She has made the cutest baby.

Meet Max. 3 weeks old. Hannah and Heath are oozing love for this little guy out of every single pore.

… and of course a photo in the ‘crop’.

That is all I can say about this cute little (9pounds 5ounces!) bundle. I have been waiting a long time to meet this guy and I was so excited to be able to take his pictures today. Congratulations Peter and Sophie. He is just perfect.

I love my job.

One of the things I love about my job is the feeling I get when people ‘choose’ me to be their Baby or Family or Wedding Photographer.

So when a friend chooses me to photograph their wedding – to capture the special, magical, funny, silly, emotional moments that make up their wedding day – I am truly honored. To know that they trust me with such an enormous responsibility. To know that they know I will recreate their day for them – tell the story back to them with images – even those little details that you forget so quickly.

Andrea and Owen are absolutely gorgeous. Andrea has been waiting a very long time for this and it is finally on its way! In only a few short months Andrea and Owen will marry at the stunning Mt Lofty Botanic Gardens (which you may have noticed we love to photograph in!) and I just can not wait for this day to be here!

Adelaide Newborn Photographer …

We are surrounded by totally yummy newborns at the moment!

This gorgeous little one has been given the name Isla (pronounced Eye-La) and came from this awesomely beautiful belly here.

Gorgeous little Isla also decided that she was in a bit of a hurry to arrive, and thought ‘the car’ would be a nice location to put on her birth certificate as her place of birth! ….
